Errors and slow working
The app has long loading times even if I have a decent internet connection. But the worst part is that it often ‘forgets’ that I already added a journey for the day and doesn’t let me open the pass. In this case, I have to add the journey again. It is very embarrassing that sometimes the ticket inspector has to wait for several minutes before I can show my ticket.
Also, I don’t understand why the app is built so complicatedly: first, I have to search for the journey, then save it, then add it to the pass, finally open the pass. This could be done in two steps instead of four.
