Hello!You haven't seen my devices online very often since the last update. If I want to run a device, it prints that there is no connection to the device while everything is working, then sets the device to oflline.Everything worked fine with the version before it.

Dear Support, We are using sonoff products with Ewelink and we have very good experience with them both hw and sw. My only problem is that me and my wife we are using the same account to log in to ewelink on two different phones. Unfortunately multiple logins are not allowed and because of that if any of us logs in the other must type pw again to log in. Would it be possible to change this ? We have iPhones using the latest ios and always updtated ewelink client. Thanks in advanceBtw the feedback part in the app is not working i was unable to send feedbackI hope someone reads this
Good but unreliable

Features and functions are very good, but the app is unreliable. After starting it works perfectly but if I want it to use again in 5 minutes it is frozen like for 10-15 seconds, then app must be restarted. After restart it works fine again but this is very frustrating and significantly decrease my user experience both hw and sw side…

It’s good for setting up your devices but then integrate into something else because the app itself is useless. It logs you out, freeze, etc. use it through Smarttings or Google Home instead.
