MAKE THE RIGHT DECISIONS
Your main mission is to advise your clients in their choice of clubs and contracts. When a transfer proposal arrives at your office, you will have to consider multiple parameters to finally answer a simple question: does your client need to sign this contract?
Your aim is to get big contracts signed, with big salaries and big transfer bonuses. But it is also in your client's interest to join a club that will give him time to play, that will make him progress. Some of your clients will fully understand this and will follow your advice. Others will be more narrow-minded and refuse to join a less reputable club or league.

Very good, but can be better!
A few criticisms, but only for the sake of improvement: Finances: Penalties are exaggerated, while good decisions give little plus (-4 or -12, for example, as opposed to +1). the monthly rent for the office above level 22 is virtually non-extractable with only 100 players. This should definitely be optimized. Statistics: I think it would be worthwhile to include a better player statistics system with a summary line. Goals, assists, a separate part of the prizes. This would give a much better shot at a player’s performance and value.

You are not the only one who suggested these changes to reputation loss and office rents. As usual, we are taking into account the players' requests and we will release these improvements in the next few days. They will be available with version 1.20 of the game.
Regarding your third suggestion, concerning the player statistics screen, we will think about an improvement for a future version of the game.
