The app is very, and I mean VERY slow. It often jumps back to near the top of the list after checking an item and going back from that page which is frustrating. The listed items are repeated at least 3 times and it gets boring real fast when I’m just trying to check out all the different products. I mean I kinda get it, “maybe you missed this, HERE LOOK AT IT AGAIN” but it’s such a painfully stupid solution that it shoots the whole point of the method in it’s own leg.

But these are all minor inconveniences compared to the fact that there is a 60pcs limit on what I can see from my own favourited items at once. And it’s not just the app, the same happens on the website when I open it in the browser. Not only this is infuriating, it basically goes against all marketing methods. Wouldn’t it be logical to let me see all the stuff I wanted to buy and make me even more tempted to buy them?? No. Instead I have to use the filter and only check certain product categories at once not to overstep the limit. I had so much hope this would be solved soon when I first started ordering from here but it’s still the same after two years. And I’m fairly certain this has a relatively simple cure, like one setting on the admin surface of the site.

But to say something nice about it: I like that more than one coupon code can be used for the same order and the return process is very easy. It’s not ideal though that free returns are no longer available since they contracted the local postal services in Hungary, it definitely take a toll on the amount my colleagues and I order from here.

The app is very laggy and logs me out every single time. It has so many bugs that I can’t even list them all. It’s super slow, the search doesn’t work correctly, going back and forth between categories and items doesn’t always work, etc
