From the App you can not only book your car or access the Goldcar network of offices spread over 9 countries, you can also: Access HELP: providing direct access to the roadside assistance service and helpful FAQs. You can also request an invoice for a contracted service. And in case you unfortunately suffer an accident or the theft of your car, from the app we provide a simple guide to notify us automatically with all the details, making the management associated with these incidents more flexible. The account log in does not work. Even if u try to receive the password the email does not arrive. Very upset and disappointed for an app that cost money and can not be used. I wanted to used my collected points. Bad bad bad
