Grim Quest tries to blend tabletop RPG vibes, familiar dungeon crawling and roguelike mechanics, and a classic turn-based combat system into an accessible and entertaining package. Because of its attention to written storytelling, detailed worldbuilding and abundance of lore, Grim Quest can be similar to a solo Dungeons and Dragons campaign, or even a choose your own adventure book.

Grim Quest is a single player game and can be played offline. It has no lootboxes, energy bars, overpriced cosmetics, content locked behind endless microtransactions, or other modern monetization schemes. Just a one-time purchase for the full game, and completely optional goodies for those who wish to support the game and its development.

Pretty good

Events could be more varied, some tooltips (eg bs upgrade is not weapon/armor specific). No microtransactions made it 5star

Just a demo

The free version of the game is about 5-10% of the complete playthrough, if you don’t buy it can’t play anymore.

Still need some polishing

First glance seem an interesting game. After a half an hour playing I experienced, that some of the some of the numbers in the values are go missing . Randomly which ones, and rather disturbing. For example the rations value: 2_ or _2 same for the hp.Since it a one man’s effort👍and the idea is nice. But need some polishing.Htis happens on ipad 5 ios 14.4.
