Can’t use the app

Since the last update was appeared I (and many other friends) can’t use the app because we have an error pop up message: ‘The site cannot find’

redesign

the new app design is an exhausted take on "minimalism" and "sleek" or whatever.
also which Very smart intern thought that adding the snap scroll to some boting ad videos are going to add anything to anyones shopping experience.
there are no options to customize your experience which used to be default on the previous version. "default to product" and thumbnail size should be the bare minimum. the images load in approximately 2px unless i open the specific image (why am i scrolling the image carousel if i didnt want to see them?) they also removed the option to filter to "concept" as if i wouldnt check to see if im buying h&m basic or "divided". i'm not a huge fan of in person shopping but at this point i'd rather do that than use the app at all.

Couldn’t give up my order

Due to items, run out of stock in the meantime, i was unable to proceed with payment as the cart did not show which items these were, only sent me the message ‚some of the items are unavailable at the moment, please allocate them to favorites‘. I had to take all 34 items out 1by 1 and place them back together, to see which were the missing ones. Really annoying. Customer service was unable to solve the problem
