Who throws the game
Dear Editors! I would like to report a problem, for some reason the game crashes, there are times when the game loads and I could continue from where I left off, now I am standing in front of the main entrance door (Alexandra Stewart) character - student of Gryffindor house - beginning of the 6th grade year. The game crashes in such a way that if I want to continue with the story or continue one of the events, I can't continue because the game crashes/exits and thus I can't continue to play and I can't progress! What is the best way to do this? I can't update it because it's not possible, but I can delete it and install it again, but this is risky because there is a risk of losing my character and everything I got with it, or nothing will be solved and it will continue to do the same thing if I do it again I'm installing it, so maybe I wouldn't win anything! I have an iPhone 7! Thank you very much for your reply!

I think this game is a very interesting game so I decided I won’t upgrade/update this game! Sometimes I feel bored but that’s just me! People think it’s a very cool game if they like Harry Potter so they are very excited to choose there houses to meet friends like Rowan or to open magic things whatever I’m just trying to say that I love this game and I’m proud of you people and this game,please don’t dislike me I’m just trying to give you feedback!

How to destroy the fun in a game
I didn’t want to write first because I saw already that someone mentioned that the application is closing itself during the game which is terribly annoying but I couldn’t keep for myself anymore... it’s almost Christmas and the game is full with event which are provide you clothes. I would like to get as much clothes as much I can. I started to do the things which I needed to get the reward and during that 5 min while I’m using my energy the application closed itself at least 5 times. And if it wouldn’t be enough I had to start every time again the task. Okay... I gave up on that cloth and I concentrated to the other one. It wasn’t a problem with he first task. And in the second it’s started to close the app again and I can’t finish it because every time if I’m opening the game I have to start again. How I should suppose to finish it if the game is full with bug and I can’t even finish one task? Because of this I not gonna get 2 Christmas event clothes and kinda these are the only reasons why I’m still playing with this buggie game. Thank you very much! I guess I just gonna delete the app! (And no, this is not the first time that I’m having these problems.)
