Fix downloaded content issue
I was in airplane mode on my iPad and wanted to watch some downloaded episodes, but those wouldn’t start. It wasn’t until I landed and got on a network that I was able to watch some.
A rating system would be good for content browsing, where users could see an imdb or rotten tomatoes score next to the movies. Being able to combine filter criteria would also improve user experience, but that is only a nice-to-have.
Lacks all but the absolute minimum.
- I cannot use my keyboard to search or play/paus (like in all other streaming apps); I have to lift the ipad every time for the on-screen keyboard if I want to search for something… - The app doesn’t know if I watched something offline even on the same device after being online, it always shows me the last episode played online. - Sometimes I download the movies and they are fully downloaded, but when I start the app offline, it says that I have to connect to the internet, after I connect for a second, they are available — if I have internet then why do I need this feature, it renders it useless (and they are not expired, they have been downloaded an hour ago). I am on the plane and nothing is available what I have just downloaded. - The downloads are in alphabetic order (WHY?), TV shows mixed with movies, episodes in then wrong order, it is impossible to find something if you have more than 15 titles downloaded. - I mean, it doesn’t crash or anything, so good job there, really; but that’s about it, the bare minimum. After about a year, still the same…

Downloading problems
I had no problems with this new feature until now. I wanted to download some episodes, and it went smooth, i could watch them offline, but when i wanted to go online again, the app froze and crashed out no matter how many times i tried to open it. After i deleted and downloaded the app again i had no problems with this anymore.
Although, when i deleted all the downloaded episodes I have seen, so i could download new episodes again, the app didn't let me to download new ones, because it said i reached the maximum 30 downloads limit and if i want to download more i have to delete some. But there is literally nothing to delete, because i deleted everything! I tried to re-download the app again, but its not solving my problem this time.
So please, look after this problem and solve it, because beside this i think the new feature is way better than the old one, and HBO Max is a great streamer.
