Welcome to the new HERE WeGo!
HERE WeGo is a free navigation app that guides local and global travelers on journeys both familiar and foreign. The app now has a fresh, new design and clearer, easier to use navigation.
Enjoy a more carefree journey and reach your destination effortlessly, however you need to get there. Get there on foot with easy-to-follow walk guidance. Take public transport in more than 1,900 cities around the world. Or use turn-by-turn voice guidance with accurate driving directions and go by car. You can even find parking at your destination and get guided directly to it.
Visit the same places often? Save them in a collection to stay organised and find them easier. Or use shortcuts to get directions to them in one click.
Need to make an extra stop or want to go a specific way? Simply add waypoints to your routes and HERE WeGo guides you there.
Want to save your mobile data and stay on course even without an internet connection when travelling? Download a map of a region, country or continent and complete your journey while staying totally offline.
HERE WeGo also works with Apple CarPlay® so you can enjoy world-class navigation in your car's built-in display.

What’s New
Version 4.11.300
Road signs
WeGo now tells you about important road signs you are approaching. Enable road signs in app settings, and see road sign icons with remaining distance indicated on the screen. You can also filter out the signs that are relevant to your driving experience and enable only those.
Settings for parking suggestions
You'll now find an option in the app settings where you can choose whether you'd like to receive parking suggestions at the end of your trip.

Could be better
No mute and no zoom/pan option on Carplay. Voice very artificial. Google maps has more features on Carplay.

To select a different voice for the WeGo, we'd recommend you to go to the Accessibility settings on your phone, select "Voices" and then choose a different voice option for the language you're using in WeGo. This choice will automatically reflected in WeGo. Give it a try and contact appsupport@here.com in case of any other questions.
Do NOT update
Here WeGo was a perfectly good offline navigation app until version 7, or this new design.
I’m only giving 2 stars because I loved the app before and the new design is pretty nice, however, you removed a lot of route planning options, including biking route planning - which was the only thing I used this app for.
Now it’s yet another Google/Apple Maps, nothing special (except offline maps)

All street names are perfectly visible on the phone.
In addition, when you use the map for navigation, it doesn't matter if you use Google, Wase, IGO or Here wego, you look at the route, not the street names.
If this monkey know that terra vision was more than ten years ahead of the crappy and inaccurate google map, he wouldn't have asked what he asked.
The application works and is good.
As a Hungarian, I say to this stupid Hungarian man, there is something to learn from using maps.
