Ticket cannot be importes

The Hola Barcelona card bought online cannot be imported to the app... Not working... Useless

I wanted to write a feedback in the app regarding how to get a discount or the money back and when I attached proof and tried to send it it gave me error code and crashed.
My 96H ticket was sucked in in the metro station by the machine and the colleagues just said to buy another one…this is unacceptable.
I want a way to get a discount code and my money back. I still have 2 more days validity on the ticket. No user support and no one speaks English!! In this app is also not possible.

We understand that you had a problem using your travel ticket. In this sense it has not been a problem of the app. We recommend that you write to our customer service department providing all the information regarding the incident you have suffered. If you prove that the problem was due to a malfunction of the validators, there should be no problem in giving you compensation.
