Just happened the same with me,I finished my movie on set,and my rewards just lost😭 it was so bad,but thats my only one problem,I absolutely love this game,Im addicted😍
customer service
The customer service is terrible, unacceptable. You write to them, and they respond days later, clearly not wanting to help you. They claim the issue is on the game, The said I’m fault when it's clearly on theirs since the game don’t move to progress. I've reinstalled the game from the App Store multiple times, and they haven't provided a single helpful response. I can't believe they would have forwarded this internally to someone who understands the my issue; it's as if they're just repeating canned response between two options.
Network problem
It is not possible to log in on mobile internet even after multiple attempts..
