bár a leírás alapján van wallet támogatás, ez a funkció nekem egyáltalán nem működött, így pedig nagyjából felesleges az egész. az sem egyértelmű, hogy a my trips menüben, vagy onnan átirányítva miért nem lehet becsekkolni.
Absurdly frustrating, can’t check in!
Definitely the worst experience with a mobile app (and airline) in recent memory. No matter what I do I’m not able to log in because “Unexpected error. Pease try again”. When I tried to pay for my seat to be able to check in (without logging in) I got the same message. Their website isn’t any better either, could finally pay for the seat but when I request my boarding pass it either gives “Unexpected server error. Please try again from the beginning” (after I already paid for my seats!) or just loads infinitely… Now I have my flights and seats booked and I’m wondering how will I receive my boarding pass?
Horrible piece of garbage
Apparently its a novell idea for iberia in 2023, that someone wants to check in online. Apple wallet is also a new thing for them. Let me help: fire the entire team who is responsible for developing the website and the app. You thank me later.
