Az Implosion stílusát tekintve: hack & slash játék, azaz felülnézetes mászkálós hentelős akció-RPG, ahol a játékos útját ezernyi ellenfél állja, és közelharcos, illetve néhány lőfegyverrel kell a végeláthatatlan számú gonosztevőt szétmarcangolni, mielőtt azok a hőssel ugyanezt megtennék!
A játékmenet roppant gördülékenyen zajlik: a mozgások, a kardmozdulatok és a játék által segített célzás is átgondolt és remekül kihasználja az érintőkijelzők sajátos, korlátolt adottságait.
Ahogy haladunk előre a pályákon, úgy nő a tapasztalati pontunk és virtuális pénztárcánk, és mindkettő szükséges páncélzatunk, életerőnk, fegyvereink és képességeink fejlesztésére. Nincsenek appon belüli vásárlások, a fejlesztésekért tehát az izgalmas és elegendő kihívással teli pályákon kell megdolgozni, és egy-egy kritikus upgrade pont jókor jöhet, ahogyan egyre erősebb és bizarrabb lényekkel futunk össze!
A játék audiovizuális prezentációja nemcsak a pályákon és a küldetések közötti eligazítások során, hanem a menükben is elsőrangú, a zene pedig végig ütős és adrenalinnövelő, míg a játékmenet pozitív értelemeben nehéz, a Rayark csapata tehát tényleg egy ütős, hosszú órákon át lekötő és a mobileszközökön is igen magas szintet megütő game-et tett le az asztalra meglepően olcsó áron!
