App crash / closing after opening it
Since today the Imou Life app is crashing (without any error message) and closing after opening it. I tried to reinstall, delete the whole application, the same issue occurs. Please fix it or check it. (IPhone 15/iOS 18.1)

playback from sd card is slow, "lens blocked"
"Lens blocked" why? I paid a lot for 5 cameras.
even the wifi signal is good, the playback from sd card with bullet lite 4M is sooo slooow missing preview picture in some cases when motion detected with same camera setting I felt different results on preview picture of motion detection, remove and add camera to the app not solved, based on helpdesk instuction
