The app was working perfectly fine until the last update. Since then the connection to the site is not always possible. I get all the notifications though.

I was surprised that by knowing some basic parameters you can easily add new clients without any notice. That’s more or less like placing the controller outside of the house. Add stronger registration procedure of the clients pls.
The design is very disappointing, it would need a complete redesign. It’s not just ugly but far away from being intuitive. Finding the settings, accessing the functions or just overview the status is just pain. Pls go and get a UX designer, that would make magic
The functionality and reliability has some serious flaws, just to list some after two days of having it: even if it succeeds to log in (which is not the case in every attempt), sometimes it takes forever to get in; the app is not able to sync the names of the zones; the push notifications are simply not arriving to all of the clients and so on
The good is that it works - at least sometimes. But I’d pay more happily the service fee if I had an acceptable app for my money.
+ 1: Guys, if you are there, it would be great to integrate it with Touch ID / Face ID like others do (not to mention a possible widget)

Hello. Since almost a week there is no chance to get into the system. I can see what happen but no operation is possible. I heard this from other user too. What is the problem? Please let us know, because currently this is useless, sorry.

Update (I did not get any answer from your side): so the app operated a few weeks but in the last months this is really untrustable. Every 2 weeks there is a “brakedown” or I don’t know, but the system cannot be operated via the App. Ok, if this is FOC somehow I can understand. But currently we pay for that, my comoany pay for that any many of my collagues cannot use the app. Why??? Please do not tell “refresh the IP stuff”, because we did. We did restart the servers, systems also. Why you cannot provide reliable support? There was no problem until since 3/4 year. After that, this is a nightmare. Sorry.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Please note that most of the connection issues, are encountered due to the old firmware version, of the communication module.
The new firmware versions, for the IP150/+ communication modules, that should fix some random connection issues.

I would kindly ask you to contact me, to check the firmware version of the module and panel.
