Незрозумілий інтерфейс
Після створення замовлення писали, щоб очікували підтвердження наявності і дзвінка менеджера. А через 2 години скасували через відсутність оплати, хоча так і не передзвонили.
UPDATE: Якщо зразу очікуєте повну оплату, то варто зразу перенаправляти користувача на екран оплати, і не писати в статусі на деталях неоплаченого ще замовлення, що перевіряєте наявність і очікуйте на дзвінок менеджера.
