Amazing app and service
I love to save memories in a photobook. This app makes it so easy and fast to create high quality memory books. All my family is amazed by the results. Recently I had experience with the customer service, and they were fast to reply and really helpful. Highly recommend! 👌🏻😇
INCREDIBLY POOR SUPPORT
I had some problem with my christmas order - primarily damages- so I sent a complaint to the email address that is given in the FAQ. I wrote every details that was asked in the FAQ. That was on the 15 th of december. Since I had no answer I sent an email through the contact box on the website on the 10th of january. I had an answer from a different email address asking more details. I answered and I sent again every detail that was asked. Nonetheless I was asked two more times to send the same details. I did as I was asked every time, but I had no answer since the 18th of january. That was almost three weeks ago and I still have no answer since then. SHAME!

We answer 100% of all support cases we get to support@journiapp.com - can you please check your spam inbox to make sure that our answers to your mails haven't ended up there! When opening new support cases from different sources under different email addresses makes, that we cannot link your emails with each other and have to ask the same questions again. Anyway, you surely should get your order in perfect conditions. Please write us an email to support@journiapp.com and also check your spam inbox for answers!
Very easy to use app for photo books
I just wish there was an option to delete a page if deemed unnecessary...

Thanks for your feedback. If you want to delete a page, because you don't like any of the elements, which are on it, then simply mark all the elements on that page and exclude them all. By excluding all elements on a page you delete the whole page. If there are any additional questions, just let us know at support@journiapp.com ;)
