Update problem

I can't use the app via 4G, it works only on WiFi. I use the latest version of the app.

Updated app, full black screen error

The app not working from latest update. I start the app, Kami logo displayed, then full black screen only. Dont response anywhere! Uninstall, reinstall, the app then relogin is okay, but max second start… again black screen only! Platform: iPhone XS, iOS 16.5

A legutolsó frissités óta csak fekete képernyő fogad a Kami logó után. A letörlés majd ujra telepités megoldja de csak a második inditásig mert akkor ismét csak fekete képernyő fogad és semmire nem reagál!

Not working for months

I find unaccepatble that I paid for a yearly subscription and the application does not work for months now. I can’t accept to delete and reinstall over and over…. I always contact customer service and all i get is that next update will be good. It is not, still! So disappointed.
