Local mode very unstable

I would like to use smart plug hs110 in place where I do not want to allow internet access to smart plug. I would expect that you can turn your devices into local mode from Kasa app but this is not possible at all. So what to fo? When installation done, I am blocking internet access to SP. Theoretically smart plug (SP) should turn in local mode but this does not happen. In some cases it turned in local mode for a few seconds only after that SP is not available in local mode. I tested in many ways.... no chance. Very low success rate. My third try was with scheduling but you can not configure sequence like “ turn off power for x seconds and turn power back”..... so a lot of room for improvement.

This app is good! But the owner can take better this app. Sample when he make plus one type of sedule because I can’t sedule after or before sunset or sunrise “x” time my device. Because I would like to sedule my garden water system turn on at sunset and turn off 20 minutes after sunset.
