"keyboaredo" is a microtonal MIDI keyboard application and AUv3 MIDI effect (on the hosts that are capable of handling this plugin format) that supports various Equal Division of the Octave (EDO) settings.
You would require any synth that supports separate pitch-bend handling for each MIDI channel to use with this application.
