App works, still you wont get your order
The app works fine. The probel is with KFC. From 4 orders 4 was missing item. The last one was a completely different set of items labelled with my order details. One really has to make an effort to be that bad.
Will never order again.

A few problems with this app:
1. The buttons in the top are very poorly optimized for iPhone 11 screensizes, you can’t actually tap on the back button in some places…
2. We ordered for pick-up yesterday, paid via Apple Pay, and we got the confirmation that the order was received. After like 2 minutes the app said that they didn’t receive the order, but our money was already gone from the card, and even after we received the failed order message the money was not reverted. We went to restaurant and the cashier confirmed that they didnt receive the order at all.
3. Looks like we paid more than we should have, the app showed a lower total than what we paid, and I heard other people complaining about the same issue to the cashier, so I believe this is not a one-time issue.
So things are not looking great, please fix these things ASAP, and could you please provide some clarity on why these things are happening?
PS: The only positive is that the guy who was handing out orders was super nice and helpful, give him a raise please (@ Kiraly street)

Error
This app is a joke. Evetytime I make an order, it sais after a bank transfer: ERROR. Sometimes the card is charged and get my order, sometimes charged but I have to show the printed screen and banking app and charge to get my order, sometimes have to stay in the line and make my order at the order desk. In 2022 this “workaround” is a joke! Please fix this as soon as possible.
