A new application flow allows customers to complete the application process if a merchant or KIB staff initiated an application on their behalf.

• Ci-net:

Customers will be able to sign the ci-net consent form for KIB digitally

Customers can download and view the consent on their devices

• Liability information:

Customers will provide their current liability information to KIB for KIB staff to assess their eligibility criteria for a quick finance approval

• Payment schedule:

Based on the customer's finance requirements, we now show a forecasted payment schedule on the screen, which can be exported as a PDF if desired.
