This app and method is a life-savor!

This app is the best thing that could have happened to us! Our 4 month old (deep in the famous sleep regression) took ages to put down to bed, only fell asleep in our arms and it took us 30-40 minutes to get him to fall asleep.
After implementing the settling method, our baby fell asleep within 5 minutes the third day in his cot, all alone! I cannot thank enough the creators of this app! He even manages to self settle at night and therefore only wakes up once between 7-7.
