Waiting for refund for over 3 months
Update: Well after 3 months I got my refund.
Great pilots and crew but poor management decisions to allow such a delay and poor (I.e. no) information of clients.
My worst Experience
My worst experience in every aspect, always delayed or cancelled with no compensation or cooperation. I was charged for less layovers but then flights got cancelled and i was given no hotel with layovers of 14 hours my return flight was also delayed with long hours !
