Description
The software-as-a-service solution AYE-OT-BOX was commissioned by m-tech gmbh to provide a unique service to its customers. The software is suitable for identification and location of products with their additional information such as in object allocation, location determination, product condition and many more.
Product information with unique traceability as well as service and maintenance management can be displayed via the m-tech digital app.

- Extended product information: retrieve technical data, operating instructions, declarations of conformity and care instructions, and much more.
- Anti-counterfeiting: Ensure product authenticity by scanning a QR code, bar code or RFID chip.
- Location tracking: localization of products.
- Inventory: Overview of all products.
- Service/maintenance management: send simple service messages from the app.
- Map function: Get an optimal overview of products and assets with the map function.
- Active and passive reading of RFID and NFC transponders, QR and barcodes, Bluetooth low energy beacons as well as GPS tracking and display of product data and related information.
- Creation of complaint report incl. photo
