Amazing
As a real estate appraiser, the worst part of my job is to create floor plans. With this app I can create floor plans on the spot which my iPad Pro. The measurements are mostly accurate, but I may check them and modify with laser distance meter. You can even use a Bluetooth distance meter. (Check the compatible devices)
Since now, I tried many times to find an app that allows to create the plan at the property, but I couldn’t find anyone which works good, and not overpriced. The using of this app is simple, with very steep learning curve. The auto furniture option is a great addition.
