HORRIBLE IN-GAME PURCHASE SYSTEM

I’ve never ever seen a support system so bad as this. You have ZERO chance to talk with a human, you only get terrible out of the topic suggestions from a bot. I haven’t came closer to solving the problem and YOU CAN’T EVEN RESTORE PURCHASES.
You are paying, but not getting anything in return
And you can’t even get your money back

Devs ruined the game

The player base drop and it is reasonable after the past year's updates / new cards and balance patches (xd). For example Hela decks performing extraordinary and what developers did? "Nerfed" to resurrect all cards with -3 power instead of -2. However the Hela deck contains Luke Cage (= power cannot be reduced). Great job! They also released Arishem (gives you cards and +1 energy each turn) and changed Loki 2/2 so he can be played in turn 1 and copy your deck with -1 cost with having +1 energy. This game is a bad joke. The locations too (they already removed and disabled a few but there are another 4-5 everyone hates and can ruin your day in 1 second (ego is my favorite, it takes over the control and intelligent like a 1 month old cat). In short, don't download it and if you do don't buy anything. It won't last long, it gets nerfed and if you want the new meta (you want to win sometimes xd) you must pay again. A lot. Not to mention you can't play any decks, you play the meta (top tier decks) or you will be a punch bag.

Casual player’s opinion

The idea of the game is really good, it’s fun to play and most importantly free to play! Contents are coming from time to time. Casual balancing updates also pretty frequent to change the meta. But the rounds are taking forever bcoz most of the ppl are waiting their entire round and not doing anything until the last moment… even in the first round… and then they play nothing… so brace yourself for waiting a lot… The support system that had been implemented just simply cannot be measured how trash… I can’t even believe that a company with infinite money can’t have a half decent support system… And implement that stupid fast forward thing from the pc… You guys know what to do!
