What can the app do for you? • Account balance (can be hidden), transactions and account information • Hungarian Forint transfers and transfers between own accounts • Addition of customers and switches in the customer selector • Bank card activation, suspension and limit settings • Adding a card to Apple Wallet • Setting of secondary identifiers • Payment requests • Group collections • Payment of bills • Monitoring of Fundamenta Home Savings accounts and loans • Quick login via face recognition/fingerprint • Push notifications for transactions and approvals How to start 1. Open an MBH retail account with internet banking (if you do not yet have one). 2. Download the app and select login. 3. Enter the first 8 digits of your card or account number. 4. Enter your internet bank ID and password. 5. Enter your one-time password received in a text message. 6. Set a 6-digit mPIN. 7. Enable biometric identification to speed up your login. Ui is simple and great, but the App integration to core banking systems simply does not work. From time to time I don’t see my transaction history. Account balance changes randomly, unprocessed credit card payments Without corrective debit transaction... the only important thing a Bank should deliver is trust and reliability. This app completely ruins this and makes me think to close my relationship with them.

Egyszerűen utálom. Utálom, hogy minden más bankban valós időben lehet látni a bejövő és kimenő tranzakciókat, de itt már 3-4 munkanappal később is örülök ha láthatom. Konkrétan tudnom kell, hogy mennyi az egyenlegem és ha költök vagy kapok valamit, akkor meg kell nézni, hogy az egyenleg helyes-e, mert úgysem látom a tranzakciót. Egy egyszerű Gránit Bank fényévekkel jobb, mint ez a bank. Utálom, utálom! Nagyon közel állok a végleges bankváltáshoz, mert amúgy sem használom már annyira. Üdvözlöm a jól képzett fejlesztőket Magyarországról.i just hate it. I hate that in every other bank you can see the incoming and outgoing transactions in real time, but here I can be happy to see them even 3-4 days later. Specifically, I need to know how much my balance is and if I spend or receive something, I need to check whether the balance is correct, because I can't see the transaction anyway. A simple Gránit Bank is light years better than this bank. I hate hate it! I'm very close to changing banks permanently, because I don't use it that much anyway. greetings to the well-trained developers from Hungary

The application simple doesn’t work at all

The standard functions even the login can be problem because it’s not even working, not talking about the verification of payment, which doesn’t work at all a lot of times, because of no push notifications, permanent login screen , which means, I’m trying to login to watch my verification because I didn’t get any, but the application when I’m trying to login, just take me back to the login page over and over again after giving my correct password over and over again, so it’s just doesn’t work. when I’m trying to get the verification, a lot of times I have to wait 3 minute to get sms because the app doesn’t work.. BUT there is one good. At least the UI is good. But sadly it’s not enough, and sometimes make me think about the bank switching because of bad application, and not talking about sometimes the delayed payment history, which takes day to see. And in past 4-5 year using the application from the bank. I didn’t see any change about those problems i said.Update: the application still useless, the whole bank system not working properly, shut down the payments without notification FOR DAYS and I got trouble when I can’t use my bank because of maintaining for days without noticing me . “We sent sms” I didn’t get, but nobody in my family. But the point of my comment, no change, still useless, can’t make a payment without bug. And restraint the whole payment process because log me out in 3 minute of writing because I was “inactive” while I was writing. And restart the whole process. Irritating and no point to use the application, because useless, can’t watch my own balance. And use the application without something going wrong. +not user friendly at all. Lot of bugs, Not working application, bank system not good, plus online bank no point of use because of the lot of scam sites, because the bank can’t do against that anything. Just existing. And take a lot of money from you. Just to handle your money, and in exchange you got a not working system, which is useless. And can’t use your own money, and can’t handle it, can’t trust in the bank.

The app was built easy to use, no difficult prosecces was able to make on it (account history, saved partners…) after months of requests and customers claims finally I got info that the app was changed. I am checking immediately, have they maybe corrected the bugs? No and even made it worse. In the previous version transaction was possible. Now in this version someone had the great idea to combine the partner list system (which modul never worked properly) in the transactions partner name field. At any time I would like to write my partners name in and try to click on the name field, instead of a button bar, the partner search option jumps up, which will never find any existing partner since the model never worked. Currently, there is actually no option in a Bank application to make a transaction. Unbelievable!! Fix the bug and rethink the concept!

The app was built easy to use, no difficult prosecces was able to make on it (account history, saved partners…) after months of requests and customers claims finally I got info that the app was changed. I am checking immediately, have they maybe corrected the bugs? No and even made it worse. In the previous version transaction was possible. Now in this version someone had the great idea to combine the partner list system (which modul never worked properly) in the transactions partner name field. At any time I would like to write my partners name in and try to click on the name field, instead of a button bar, the partner search option jumps up, which will never find any existing partner since the model never worked. Currently, there is actually no option in a Bank application to make a transaction. Unbelievable!! Fix the bug and rethink the concept!
