The best functions at a glance

Get an overview of the product range

Our search function, all the product categories and our scan function give you a quick and easy overview of the product range. Simply click through our assortment, search for specific brands or scan products, view products you’ve purchased previously, add them to your watch list, share your watch list with friends or shop directly.

Find your local store

You can search for stores near you with direct access to the store finder. This gives you quick and easy access to service information. You can save your preferred store in the app and thus display the available stock on the product pages in addition to the online availability.

App is ok, but name and release notes should not be (only) in German

Dear Customer Support Team!

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent update of your application. Since the update, i have been unable to open the app on my Iphone, which has resulted in me missing out on the coupons and offers month after month. I have been a loyal customer for the past 15 years, and this issue is becoming unsustainable.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

Awful

New app has been released, and now it’s not possible to sign with already existing account created earlier in the old Payback app.

The old one stopped working, so it’s impossible to sign in there as well.

It’s not possible to link accounts as advised.
