please fix the connection problems

We are looking for the errors, but the game needs a stable connection to transfer all the data correctly without losings.
Also, if you switch to another app or switch the screen off, then the device ruins the connection to router, you need to fully restart the app before playing.

Problems with the game
I’m playing about 3-4 months with the game, i reached the 30+ level and there is a huge jump between the players. If you are between level 1 and 9 after 10-19 or 20-29 you can play ppl within your range. But on level 30+ you have to suffer the 40-70 level full upgraded player’s ownage. You cannot do anything if you have skills or not, you will get pwned. It will be much better if you can keep the level ranges 30-35, 36-40 etc.
Btw i like the game, but i will bore it, if there won’t be any success in the game.

Hello! Please note that matchmaking in the game is mostly based on the skill of the player (K\D stats and more), not on the equipment or level. Spend a little more time playing and you will get better. Also don't forget getting more powerful equipment and upgrades in the store and joining\creating a powerful clan. Luck in battle!
Problem with the game
Yesterday i bought some extra wep. For cash in game, but today morning my game fail. Not abel to open, my only chanse was to delete the app but my game center profil not added yet...
I lost all my purchased items... Give me some help pls... my lvl was low but i dont want to buy again the extra weps.
