Login process

I had to restart my phone and delete and after download the app as well to log in via phone number.

totally worth it to change your service provider to avoid this app

The app is supposed to work when your internet is finished so you can buy a new package but it practically doesn’t.
The renewable packages dont renew automatically half the times and then you have to cancel them and get them again. but that causes a whole new series of problems in the app. and sometimes it just doesn’t let you buy the same package.
and don’t get me started on when you switch the language to English. every package explanation is still in Hungarian and just the buttons are in English. my favorite is when you want to deactivate your current package. you click on the “cancel” button. then two buttons appear: “cancel” and “cancel” one for canceling the package and the other for canceling canceling of the package.
this app is an embarrassment for such a big company.

Disaster

This app is a disaster! I like the company itself but this app really needs an urgent upgrade..
Almost every time I open it I need to re-login even if I’ve chosen to stay logged-in. So slow, sometimes takes minutes to load on an iPhone 13!! Since you’ve changed your brand and stuff can you do the same to this app bcs it’s useless this way in 2022.

Ez az alkalmazás egy katasztrófa! Magával a céggel nincs bajom, de erre az appra ráférne egy kiadós frissítés.. Akármikor belépek kéri az adataim újra és újra hiába mentem el. Továbbá nagyon lassú, sokszor percek mire betölt egy iPhone 13-on!! Nemrég nevet váltottatok, ideje lenne app-ot is, mert ez így használhatatlan 2022-ben.
