Jeep® offers you a broad range of services so that you can stay connected to your vehicle and bring your digital world on board. Once you get connected, you won't want to be without them!
The Jeep mobile app® and Uconnect™ Services are available for Jeep vehicles equipped with the new Uconnect Box, which is currently supported on: New Renegade and Compass (from MY 20 and later), New Wrangler (from MY 21 and later), New Grand Cherokee (from MY 22 and later), New Gladiator (from MY 21 and later). Compatible infotainment systems are: Uconnect™ 7”, 8.4” and 10.1” for the vehicles specified above.
The Uconnect Services can be used via the My Uconnect mobile app and some features are also available on compatible smartwatches, including WearOS, Apple Watch and others.
Below is a list of the packages with services already available and others that are on the way: we are working hard to add new features and improve those already available.
My Assistant is the package of connected services designed to offer you 24/7 assistance through features such as: SOS/Help Call, Roadside Assistance Call, Customer Care and Vehicle Health Report.
My Remote is the package of connected services designed for remote vehicle management, thanks to a wide range of services such as: Remote Operations, Drive Alerts, Vehicle Finder and Eco Score. In addition, E-Control is available for plug-in hybrid vehicles.
My Car is the package of connected services designed to keep you updated on the health of your vehicle, thanks to services such as: Vehicle Info and Vehicle Health Alert.
My Navigation is the package of connected services designed to take advantage of the latest satellite navigation services, enhanced by connectivity features: Send & Go, POI Search, Service Station Search, Last Mile Navigation and Remaining Range Map. In addition, the Charging Station Search service is provided for plug-in hybrid vehicles.
My eCharge is the package that enables you to find, use and pay for charging at public charging stations, as well as keep track of your charging history.
My Alert is the optional package designed to protect your vehicle, thanks to services such as: Theft Alarm Notification and Stolen Vehicle Assistance.
Mobility Services and Owners
In this section you can access partner offers and connect directly to web portals dedicated to managing and maintaining your vehicle.
Activating Uconnect Services is very simple. After ordering your vehicle, create your account on the Jeep mobile app by registering with the email address you provided to the Dealer. You can start discovering all your vehicle’s features thanks to the video tutorials and user manuals.
In order to start a 100% connected experience, a few days before your new vehicle is delivered you will receive an email to complete activation of the Uconnect Services!
The compatibility of the available services and features may vary depending on the vehicle model, the infotainment system installed in the vehicle and the country in which the vehicle is sold. More information is available on the website dedicated to your vehicle and in the customer area.

For all new vehicles equipped with a telematics box and ordered on or after July 3rd 2023:
My Assistant is included in the price of the vehicle in the Connect ONE pack.
My Remote, My Car, My Navigation and My eCharge services are included in the Connect PLUS pack which requires customer's subscription.
Connect PLUS is available at no additional cost for a 6 month trial period starting from the warranty start date.
My Alert and My Wi-Fi services remain optional and require additional subscription.
The Jeep App has been updated: now you have a new partner to manage your charging sessions!
The My easy Charge service is no longer available, but you can continue to manage your public and private charging sessions quickly and easily via your smartphone. The new eSolutions Charging services are provided by Jeep partner Free2Move.
