It’s really confusing to experience that for numerous times you just simply can not make a stable, smooth running app update..
Issues, just some..
-informationless picture screen appears after logging-in - unable to use the entrie app.
-showing the data usage on the main screen but not showing any info of my remaining calls.
-in a few time when it shows the remainig call info it does not match with reality..
-app randomly quits.
You as one of the largest telecommunication company has to solve it as soon as you can.
We, customers are paying our asses off to you to provide excellent sercvice.
I personally am using your service for more than 10 years and have been using the app since 2016. Since then, having issues with it.
We’re waiting for real change, real improvements for our money.

We know about the issue involving the remaining calls on the main screen. We are working on the solution but we have no information about the time of the fixing. You can find the information in the My Services menu. The information you see is not always real-time. You can see the time of last refresh on the main screen. If the app quits we would like to suggest you to delete and re-install it! In case of the issue "unable to use the entrie app" please specify what exactly you experience! Which function is unavailable and what do you see when you try to use this function?
Horrible, not user friendly
How can a successful telecommunication company create such a non user friendly app, I cannot comprehend that. The app is not reliable. When you need it, it doesn't work, it loads and loads and loads, but at the end it doesn't open. When you forget your password,phone and email are not enough. You need to find your contract and find a 4 digit number there to have a new password. You choose "remember me" option, to avoid asking for a new password every time, but no. It doesn't remember you. You wanna change your profile, it collapses. You wanna check the mobile net left, "oops try again later" appears. You pay your bill, but again it appears there still as if you never paid.
I regret that I have to use this app.
