A Shopmark süti lett🍪
Amikor megnyílt, többször próbáltam és kiugróan magas áron, hallatlanul alacsony színvonalat kaptam.
Mindig megfogadtam, hogy nem megyek vissza, azonban ma újra kísérletet tettem ennél a franchisenál a Shopmarkban (mert a netes időpontfoglalás nekem nagyon sokat ad valamiért) és bíztam a fejlődésükben ennyi idő után újra. Az eredmények elképesztőek voltak:
- Elfogadható ár
- Lehet kártyával fizetni!
- Lehet kártyával jattolni!! - Precízen megoldott rendszerrel
- Szép munka
- segítőkészség
- többet dolgoztak a kocsin, mint papíron kellett volna
- kedvesek voltak
- szakmaiak voltak
- látszott, hogy szét lett pakolva a kocsi, betakarítottak mindenhova
- az app meglepően elég oké és bugmentes
- az app még értesített is, mikor kész lett a kocsi
- takarítás közben képeket raktak fel az autóról az appba!!
- az app írta, hogy mikortól van valósan folyamatban a takarítás
- fel is hívtak, ha kérdés volt…
(Történetesen, hogy hány ülést szeretnék kárpittisztíttatni. Ezt hirtelen nem tudtam hova tenni. Az appban bejelöltem, mert azt sugallta számomra, az összesre vonatkozik, illetve én még nem találkoztam ilyennel, hogy per ülés. Ezt ők is sejtették, szerintem többedjére kell elmagyarázniuk ügyfeleknek, itt talán az app gombjai körüli szövegeken lehetne finomítani. Ez talán nem hétköznapi igény, inkább a folyamatosan utasokat szállító sofőröknél lehet fontos, ahol hétvégenként behánynak, de jó esetben csak egy-egy ülésre.)

2x foglaltam időpontot. Először felhivtak hogy rossz a rendszer es duplan foglalódott, nem tudnak jönni. Masodszor fel sem hivtak es nem jelentek meg.
