Yettel HU 4+

Most of the cases it needs 30s to load the pages, invoices to be paid. In most of the cases I dont have the patience to wait for it. The payment site only transfer me to Barion if the stars are in the appropriate position. It is a disaster really. I like Yettel service (mobile and internet), it works much better that any other in the area (Hungary) but this app should be improved very quickly, because it is awful.

The app is supposed to work when your internet is finished so you can buy a new package but it practically doesn’t.
The renewable packages dont renew automatically half the times and then you have to cancel them and get them again. but that causes a whole new series of problems in the app. and sometimes it just doesn’t let you buy the same package.
and don’t get me started on when you switch the language to English. every package explanation is still in Hungarian and just the buttons are in English. my favorite is when you want to deactivate your current package. you click on the “cancel” button. then two buttons appear: “cancel” and “cancel” one for canceling the package and the other for canceling canceling of the package.
this app is an embarrassment for such a big company.

I’ve only been using this app for a couple of months now but with every update the functionality of it declines. It used to work alright, checking my available data was still taking a long time. The next update required me to log in every single time I opened the app even though I had the “remember me” box ticked in and when I finally got it, the available data did not load no matter how fast the internet I used was. With the latest update I can’t even get to my home page, I select the phone number I wish to see and it just keeps on reloading the page.
