Free mobile client for Synology NAS Download Station with DSM 6+ versions. Track, add or remove downloads on your NAS right from your smartphone!
NAS Download Manager is a free mobile application for managing downloads on your Synology NAS.
Key features are:
- Presenting a list of NAS downloads
- Display detailed information on each download process
- Open links from Safari using Share menu
- Open magnet links from any browser
- Easy to add or remove downloads
- Sort and filter downloads
- Change downloads' properties
- Display detailed system information for the NAS itself (Admin rights for account required)
- Display and change the key settings of Download Station application
- Access to the NAS using the DDNS service (whitelisted IP-address required)
- Access to the NAS using QuickConnect
- Two-factor authentication supported
All personal data is stored on your iPhone only. There is no collection of any data, including anonymised.
Synology NAS with DSM version 6.0+ and Download Station installed are required.

Meet the updated interface - very nice, light and spacious!
- We made a side menu for accessing screens - it doesn't take up space and will allow us to expand the app in the future
- Added VPN client connection indicator to the navigation bar
- Now you can change the font size for the tasks
- It is now possible to set the appearance in the settings
- Share download links with friends via Airdrop or any messaging app

Missing features
You can’t select the download folder and the list which files would you like to download.
It just dumps everything into the default download folder

P.S. Added folder selection in the app version 1.6.0
Share option missing
I'm using version 1.4.0 but still can't add torrent files via share menu (ios 16.2)

Thanks for the feedback!
Sometimes it's not possible to start download with .torrent file via the share menu directly. In this case you can download this file in a standard way in browser and store it in iCloud Downloads folder for example. Than you can add download task in the app by opening this file.
Share menu is usually used for the direct download links in browser or youtube share. If you don't see "NASDL Manager" app icon in the share menu list, you have to press button "More" and add "NASDL Manager" to the Favorites list.
