My List and My List
I was wondering why I can’t find the movies I previously added to my list to watch later. Then I realized, that the content of My List (as opened from the home screen top nav bar) does not get properly refreshed, and it is not the same as the list opened from bottom tab bar More > My List.
Pay the same as everyone,get less content
The app is good,I liked that it has ps4 app as well. When I registered for the free month I checked some series I was interested about. Everything had all the seasons...but when I registered with my hungarian adress the content became much less! Even existing series have less seasons available than somewhere else...flash? You get 3 seasons instead of 5. Arrow? You get 5 instead of 7...the customer center could not answer me why I have less right for the same price than e.g. a Czech customer...I’ll be happy to return if I recieve the same service for the same price than anybody else.
Nobody answers the live chat
I can’t login on my pc to manage my account but there is not even a single email address or form to write a bloody message to. I have to use the live chat to get help. I have waited for half an hour while my wait time was 1 minute. Nobody answered. What don’t you understand about the I CAN’T LOG IN, I NEED HELP? I just get redirected to the frickin’ login page when I have a login issue and i get an error message saying there is no account registered with my email address while I can login using the iOS app. But there is a problem you can’t manage your account from the iOS app. Congratulation you must be all geniuses!!!!!
