I just simply hate this app. I only wish to use it to pay my bills but every single months first there is an update which is mandatory soMy 3minutes job is extended to a 30minutes job, some of the updates required new password, hence another struggle, and if this all is not enough we have server issue. Like now. I am trying to pay my very last bill, for 2weeks now, and every single time when I try to pay it there is an issue. This app is just useless. I do not know what an earth the developers update so often if the app is never works perfectly. This is one ofThe reason I left Vodafone because I am just so tired of this app and all the hardship it cause me to pay my bills every month.

Hello! Sorry to hear your negative experience! There is no central disruption. We suggest, that delete and reinstall the app, and if you continue to experience the problem, please call +36707001270, where you can reach an English-speaking operator by pressing 8!

Could not use vodafone at all

I have been struggling with log in to vodafone within a month. I have to came to the store to pay my bills, but I want to know how much GB I have left for using the internet. I have updated the latest version, still it did not work at all. I have waited for vodafone to fix this problem for so long, yet, I still couldn’t log in to my account even I have the right account number and password. So disappointed, Please fix this problem as soon as possible because this is really inconvenient for the users.

Been suffering with this app for a while now, login just doesn’t work, always asks for further authentication (have to add multiple data manually), because it states there are other users using this email adress (not true). I already tried to take care of this in person and via phone, we changed emails, but nothing happened, the problem still stands. Now that the new version came out, I had high hopes, but after providing all data at the authentication step (which is still there…), an error message is shown, ‘ oops, server error’. Oops indeed…
