More than one and an half month waiting, and still no item
1. The online stock the email advertisement is ridiculously lousy. Personalised advertisements, except they dont ship (?) the item online or in any store around my country (europe). They dont have it in my size. And over all its just a chaos….
2. Delivery: I ordered TO THE STORE two items among many others more than 45 days ago. It was promised to be delivered in 3 days. Some items arrived the two most expensive ones are still pending… No messages, no excuses from the provider. more over: the items can be still purchased… conclusion, they are not late because they don’t have it. Its just neglegt.
Both of them are winter items, so i expect that i will not use them this year…

Disappointing issues
It will not allow store pickup, as “invalid address” however the app chooses the address. And it will not allow payment, as billing address does not match. However there is no option in “my account” to change it. Very disappointed.
