PADTHAI PICKUP 4+

Kicsit akad mikor ujra megnyitom, es mindig ker review-t, amit nem tudok bezarni, ugyhogy random ranyomok valamire. Kicsit bena az angol copy “I order” szerepel a gombon. Az lenne nagyon jo, ha a helyben fogyasztas opciot kivalaszthatnam.

So we ordered pick up with my girlfriend for 13:30 at around 12:40. 2 custom made padthai. We arrived at 13:28 and started waiting. We’ve waited for 10 mins when we get a notification that it is being prepared now, send feedback if you are close or a bit late. Since we were there already I chose the I am soon here option. Then silence, no notification, no order number nothing. We were sure that orders that have been made after we arrived were already met. So i go in at 13:52 to ask about our order. The girl simply says yes it is there, you can take it. Why the hell we don’t get notification about the order? Why no information on the order number so we can at least see that if 12 is ready and ours is 13 it will soon be ready to pick up. Never gonna order from this app ever again!
Update: Just checked there were a number on our order 8, but no indication in app. Horrible

You cannot proceed in the order without picking “meat” option, there is no option to leave it out from the dish (like in the restaurant).

Furthermore the app is slow and as seconds go by it gets slower and slower.

Love the concept and minimalism of the app, it’s a pity it’s useless for me with the lack of basic dish options.
