Nice app
The support is always quick and overall, it's a good thing to have.
However, they must improve on the pace of the payment since it takes months.
Unfair behavior: no “recash”
I am writing this review because I have been waiting for my money for more than 45 days. During this time, I have contacted 2 times with the customer support: First reply: we need 20 days for processing due to lots of transaction. After 40 days, second reply: we will check it on the finance department. No valuable reply, and I have no real option to do anything. I let them to get my full transaction bacgroumd since this is the base of the recash I know it and I am okay with this, but as a secondary information they are aware with my financial habits too, still can be okay because this is a deal, but dont pay at the end and no reply, this is unfair. I am really dissapointed.
