Cannot even sign up (iPhone 7)

I cannot proceed at the birthdate step even though I type my real birthday there. There’s no way to advance to the next screen. I would really appreciate it if you could fix this problem. Otherwise I can not stay in touch with my team.
P.S.: If you can get me signed up I will rate this app with 5*.
