Very bad experience
Nice customer support, but no real help, if you just would like to start a business, and have no other account, it’s just a horrible experience and impossible to get through.
Also cannot close your account because the link doesn’t work…
Very incomplete
A lot of features that make revolut personal unique and worth it are missing from the business app. The fact the you cannot top up the account via credit card is disappointing, as you loose in transfer fees what you could gain with it maybe being cheaper.
Also the review process for registration is a joke, we had to create nonexistent documents so they accept us. And now with the moving to Lithuania it started all over again, and they ask for then refuse document that they accepted previously. It is honestly a joke. And the support team has to begin every process from the start if it takes longer than their shift (as if they do not see the issue talked through with the previous agent). And this only happens if you are lucky enough to get a reply from them...
Top bank
Revolut was a total life saver for my business. Everything is easier, cheaper and more straight forward with them. This is the future of banking.
