It is a biggest SCAM!!!!!!
They offer 15€/day pass, but they charge additional 30 € (3X10€) because they though i was park on wrong area/ uploading not a clear photo!!! Another time during my trip i tried to temporarly park the bike for 2 min (in this time they still counting!), 2 min later i tried to continue the ride, but it locked the wheel, while the app shows like i’am still riding! I have to stop the trip, take a pic (obviously not at a park hub since i did not want to park!) and re start the trip. I was charged immediately 10€ because the wrong park area!!! All my appeals has been rejected. Insane….DO NOT USE!!! There are better options!!!!

IT'S A SCAM!!
Me and my girlfriend bought the 1day "unlimited ride"! We used the bikes for 2 hour. We got red lights so we stopped. We tried to go and I fell off the bike. It was blocked. Immadiately my and my gf got the text messages we paid 15€ 2 times!!! also the other transaction costs.... We are really far away from our hotel and now we have to walk like 10km..It's a scam! We want back all of the money what we spent for this!! Please write the contact where we can get the money back!!!!!!
Rip off
The fact that this app uses a renewing policy to your card, which you can't take out of the app ever, and gives no notification is ludacris. I had left Barcelona in 6 months while the app has charged me silently for 50€. No notification, invoice in mail or anything. I havent used the app since summer!
A scam like this shouldn't be part of an app that you trust with your credit card!
