RX Connect 4+

The RX Connect app is the mobile cockpit of your Riese & Müller E-Bike with RX Chip.

The app connects you directly to your Riese & Müller bike if you have booked an RX Service. This allows you to check the location at any time and receive automatic ride statistics.
Optionally, you can activate the digital alarm for your bike: If it is touched or moved, you will receive a push notification. Depending on the bike model, the alarm can also be customised.
The app provides access to specialist dealers in your area as well as all data in the My Bike service portal.
When location services are activated on your smartphone or when connected to an Urban Line model via Bluetooth, the app becomes a digital speedometer on the handlebars of your bike.

Notes on using the app:
/ Your Riese & Müller bike must be equipped with an RX chip to use the functions.
/ A free My Bike account and a booked RX Service are required. Registration and booking at: www.r-m.de
/ Riese & Müller bikes produced from 2017 onwards can be registered for Mein Bike. All bikes with an RX chip registered there can then be displayed in the app.
/ Agree to the tracking of your bike for use. You can revoke your consent at any time.
/ Activate push notifications to be able to use the digital alarm.
/ Allow location tracking so that the map can show your current surroundings.
/ For UBN & Bosch Smart System bikes: Connect to your bike via Bluetooth to access the full range of features. For UBN bikes: Establish a Bluetooth connection to your bike to use the full range of functions.
