Ryanair 4+

I used it several times earlier, but from one day to another it stopped working. I deleted and reloaded. Doesn’t help.

We wanted to enjoy a 5 day long trip in Mallorca with my whole family of 6. On the day of departure, Ryanair has delayed our flight more than 7 hours. Which you only got to know in small time pieces of course. I had payed extra fee to take This early flight, so we could enjoy fully This only 5 day vacation. I tried to use This Ryanair app to fill out our (and their claim form) request for extra expenses and costs it caused us, but the app seems to have a bug, asked me more than 10 times for filming out the “captcha”.
So at the end it was impossible to send them a claim in their app/form. I guess many people loose their temper and stop finding other/unknown ways to send their claim to Ryanair. So they win in a way with this simple bug issue.

This app consistently provides unreliable information which is later covered up with deceitful explanations. I have encountered multiple instances where the data available through the app did not reflect reality, causing significant issues during my travels. Customer service responses consistently claim that updates are in progress, but these explanations raise more questions than they resolve, offering no real solutions. The developers urgently need to improve the accuracy of the information and the handling of customer complaints. As it stands, I cannot recommend this app to anyone, as it only leads to unnecessary complications and frustration.
