• New: Use the command “Reveal in Items” to quickly find a selected face, body, or sketch even in a potentially long Items list.
• New: Now you can use the commands, ‘Show Hidden Items” and “Invert All Items Visibility” to quickly find hidden parts, or switch what’s visible and hidden.
• New: Camera rotation now supports fixed increments, snapping to the nearest orthographic view, and aligning the view normal to a selected face for faster, more precise navigation during modeling and review.
• Improved: Now you can assign variables to Pattern tool inputs such as quantity, distance, and angle for greater flexibility when building parametric relationships that update automatically.
• Improved: Hovering over items in the Items Manager now highlights them in the modeling space, helping you quickly identify parts of your model.
• Improved: The Project Versions dialog now shows who edited each version, with usernames displayed in both the list and detail views.

Az iPad és az Apple Pencil segítségével komplex 3D modelleket tervezhetsz – nincs szükséged íróasztalra, egérre vagy billentyűzetre sem. Az offline munkavégzés lehetősége pedig azt jelenti, hogy bárhonnan tudsz majd vázlatokat készíteni és tervezni.

Data leek / please explain

This app is amazing, I love it. Yet this morning I’ve faced the fact that you guys selling me out to Facebook. Shapr 3D it the clear winner among those app who share data with Facebook. How is that possible that a 3D designing app is more chatty about me than Tinder, 2nd on my list? You don’t run ads. I did not register at you with my FB account. You’re not free. I pay you monthly. Pls explain why you do this, and than stop it ASAP.

REKT on a “fully configured” iPad Pro

So. The bigass iPad Pro, with the latest & greatest Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard, the one that floats the iPad. Just grab your app and test it “as is” on such a setup. It won’T work. As soon as I hit CMD Z or move the mouse, your modal window pops up to select which keyboard & mouse input I prefer. And it won’t let me carry on because apparently some dev fantasized that an Apple Magic Keyboard has an Escape Key! – and therefore I assume the devs believe wholeheartedly that the redundantrow of function keys & esc key is something given. No. It’s not. And that modal can’t be closed. It blocks me from engaging with the app whatsoever.

Insane! This app was supposed to be a “showcase app” for the $3.000 iPad Pro setup. Yet, it’s a blocking garbage.
