Description
From 29 March 2024, the version of Simple Classic app that includes services is no longer be available in the App Store. You will be able to continue using your products in the new Simple app by logging into your Simple account.
In the new Simple app, you will still be able to use our services.:
Parking
• Minute-based mobile parking. Start your parking remotely from anywhere and any time
• You only pay for the duration of your parking and can request an electronic invoice
• The built-in GPS will help you find the right zone, or you can enter the zone code manually
• Restart your expired parking time easily
• Start your session remotely and monitor any on-going parking sessions on your mobile
• The mobile parking function is available for any parking zone within the country
• Save multiple license plate numbers and start multiple sessions for more than one car at a time
E-vignettes
• Buy your e-vignettes wherever you are, any time, with just a few clicks. Request an electronic invoice if you would like
• Buy your annual highway vignette for the entire country or for just one county, or buy your monthly or weekly tickets, for any vehicle category
• The e-vignette will be sent right to your mobile, so you can avoid the hassle of keeping a print out
Cheque payments
• Use your mobile phone for cheque payments
• Avoiding queues
• Tracking your cheque payments in the application
Public transportation tickets
• BKK tickets and passes, bus tickets and passes for regional and local services
• Your ticket is available in few minutes on your mobile, you don’t need to print it out
• Use your mobile at ticket control
Insurance
• Car insurance: three availabe assistance packages for cars with Hungarian license plates, lighter than 3.5 tons.
• Initiate car rescue from your app – on-site assistance, transport to service and other services
Mobile phone insurance: Protect your phone from screen damage or theft, Simple mobile insurance is available for new and used devices. Only few clicks and a quick screen check needed, you can choose to pay monthly or quarterly.
Movie tickets
• No more queuing and printed tickets
• Check what’s on and read the detailed previews on your mobile
• At the cinema, simply present your digital ticket saved in the application
• Send tickets to your friends easily via the application
• Budapest Film and MiMozink networks are available
Ticket sales
• Concert, theatre, festival (Sziget, Balaton Sound, Volt Festival), Budapest Park tickets and many other venues

• Detailed information about upcoming events and performers, search by any key word

• Transferring without bank account number: in case of money transfer between two OTP released cards you only need e-mail addresses

Parking period update!!!!! In Budapest
Hi Guys, I got a penalty today, it costs me 6600HUF 😭😭😭😭 in 12th district (Kiralyhago street) in Budapest because the app is not up to date, parking hours should be paid until 20:00 based on the parking post on the street, while the app says until 18:00. It is not about the penalty money, but reliance in the app. Millions of people are using this app!!!!!! Presumably you are not going to refund my penalty because of the app is not up to date. Good advice! Check the current parking zones, hours, parking in Budapest.

Good, gets even better
I’ve been using the app for quite a long time. They keep adding new features all the time (the ability to purchase yearly highway ticket, etc...).
What I like about it is that they care about user feedback. Every time I reported an issue it's been fixed in a couple of days.
Could be great but it is not yet
Hi there,
I’ve been a Simple user for a while and i would say this app could be a great one. Unfortunately the reliability of it is something that should definitely be improved. Sometimes i cannot use it for parking, sometimes to check my Szep balance and sometimes to validate my BKK ticket. It provides in this cases different and non-relevant error messages and i have to wait or find an alternative way. All of them are essential for me and hard to way to wait to get the function back in the given situation.
So, i am looking forward to use it without these glitches.
