smart EQ control brings electrifying mobility to your smartphone. In order to use the smart EQ control app, you need to register at smart connected Portal, specifying your vehicle with the aid of the vehicle identification number. Following verification of the link between user account and vehicle by an authorised dealer, you can activate the desired services on the smart portal. This provides access to numerous intelligent features. You can keep tabs on the current status of your vehicle and control many functions using your mobile device.

Requires iOS 11.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch.

Good functionality very bad implementation

The app tend to freeze on relaunch (black screen). After killing it forgets login information and you need to enter it again and again. The climate control almost never works (it worked only ones in a month ‘.

I is a shame that Mercedes-Benz produced such a low quality product!!!!!

Az utolsó frissítéssel rosszabb lett az alkalmazás. Szinte minden indításnál kéri a bejelentkezési nevet és a jelszót, ez eddig jól működött. Az előfűtés indítására is gyakran 5-10 percet kell várni, így kiszámíthatatlan a működése. A töltés pillanatnyi állapotát is sokszor helytelenül jelzi. A töltőállomások térkép nagyon hiányos, szinte csak az ELMŰ oszlopokat mutatja, így ez a funkció sem használható.
